Health and rehabilitation services at Windemere Park include both short and long-term therapy services in the following disciplines.

Our therapy program is overseen by a medical team that includes a physician who specializes in physical medicine and rehabilitation.

 

We believe that the greatest quality of life for our residents is achieved when they can reach their highest level of independence.

 

Short Term Rehab

 

After an injury or illness our trained professionals work with you to build your strength, flexibility, and muscle control. Our multi-disciplinary approach ensures rapid effective rehabilitation as well as a smooth and successful transition to home.

 

Long Term Care

We evaluate our long-term care residents at admission and regularly thereafter. If a resident experiences a decline or weakness, therapy can help to maintain the activities of daily living (mobility, eating, and toileting) which are important to a person's sense of independence.

 

Outpatient Therapy

As part of our continuum of care, patients from our rehab center in community can take advantage of our outpatient therapy clinic to increase mobility, build strength, recover flexibility, in balance.
