Windemere Park provides enhanced independent living, which is a gentle midpoint between independent living and assisted living.

Healthcare services are provided by an outside home health company which is conveniently located on the same floor as the enhanced independent living units. They are on site seven days a week 24 hours a day.

Enhanced independent living allows residents to maintain an independent lifestyle while having the security of knowing that assistance is available if needed. Residents are encouraged to participate in campus-wide activities.
