Windemere Park Senior Community is a true Continuing Care Retirement Community(CCRC), located in the heart of Macomb County. CCRC's or life plan communities, are a long-term care option for elders who want to stay in the same place through the different phases of their aging process. As a continuum care lifestyle community, we provide all levels of care for short or long-term stays.

We offer Independent Living, Enhanced Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, Respite Care, Hospice Care, Skilled Nursing Rehab, Outpatient Therapy as well as Long-Term Nursing Care.

Our Independent, Enhanced Living and Assisted living residents find it very convenient to have outpatient therapy right here in our community. As we age, the need for Skilled Nursing services and outpatient therapy increases. Many of our residents have had Rehab stays in our Skilled Nursing Facility and have returned to their apartments. For outpatient services, therapy can be done in the privacy of their own apartments or in the therapy gym, which is convenient for the resident and their family members.

Coordination of Hospice Services are available throughout the building.
